Allgemeine Beschreibung:
Der Mini-Flachkoppler TLP116A ist ein Koppler mit kleiner Bauform, der für die Oberflächenmontage geeignet ist. Der TLP116A besteht aus einer GaAlAs-Leuchtdiode und einem integrierten Hochgeschwindigkeits-Fotodetektor mit hoher Verstärkung. Diese Einheit ist im 6-Pin-SO-Gehäuse untergebracht und garantiert eine Kriechstrecke von größer oder gleich 5,{{10}}mm und eine Luftstrecke von größer oder gleich 5,{ {13}}mm und eine Isolationsdicke von größer oder gleich 0,4 mm. Daher erfüllt der TLP116A die Anforderungen der verstärkten Isolationsklasse internationaler Sicherheitsstandards.
