Allgemeine Beschreibung:

TLP292 ist ein Optokoppler mit hoher Isolation und niedrigem Wechselstromeingang, der aus einem Fototransistor besteht, der optisch mit zwei antiparallelen Infrarot-LEDs in einem SO4-Gehäuse gekoppelt ist.

Da der TLP292 eine hohe Isolationsspannung (3750 Vrms) und einen großen Betriebstemperaturbereich (T a=-55 bis 125 Grad) garantiert, eignet er sich für hochdichte Oberflächenmontageanwendungen wie kleine Schaltnetzteile und programmierbare Steuerungen.
